Our Christmas return policy extends to January 15th. Our regular policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item can't be stained, perfumed, or marked up in any way.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.The packing slip or the email confirmation will be sufficient.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping and Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs for any exchanges. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live and many other circumstances, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
Many items I have in stock and they are available for free local delivery. I will hand deliver your purchase in the Cedarburg, Mequon and Grafton areas. If you don't live in those areas, you can still order from this page - you will just pay for the shipping costs.
Being as green as possible is really important to me. I talk about how beautiful our little city of Cedarburg and the surrounding state of Wisconsin, so I am committed to doing my part to keep it that way. I re-use as many packing materials as I can. When I hand delivery your items, I pair it with other deliveries or errands around the area to conserve gas. Sometimes I will walk my dog over and delivery your package! Small towns are the best.
A portion of my offerings are print on demand, meaning that your item is printed only after you purchase it. If you decide that you need a different size, that new item ordered comes right off my bottom line. As a small business, I ask that you take your time in choosing a size, using the sizing guides carefully. They are pretty accurate in my experience. Thank you in advance!
