Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase!  We know that a happy customer will tell friends!  Sometimes though things just don't work out.  A size is wrong, the item isn't what you thought it was, the product is damaged, or you just plain changed your mind.  Here is our policy...

Returns
Our Christmas return policy extends to January 5th.  Our regular policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item can't be stained, perfumed, or marked up in any way.  The fabric tag on apparel must be attached to the clothing. There must be a hang tag attached to the clothing.

You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with a return or exchange. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping and Exchanges
To return your product, you should contact Cedarburg Threads by email: info@cedarburgthreads.com

You will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs for any exchanges. All shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live and many other circumstances, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
